A camera is only as good as what it can actually identify. Most systems that disappoint were positioned to cover the widest area rather than the point where a face or a plate would be readable, and then run over wifi that drops out at the far corner of the property.
We plan coverage first, then cable it. Fixed cabling for cameras and network points is regulated work and has to be done by a registered cabler.

Cabling is what separates the two price brackets
A boxed wifi kit is quick, and it will work until the weather, the neighbours' networks or a flat battery decide otherwise. A cabled system costs more upfront because the cabling is the labour, and then it keeps working.
Where a property is already built and there is no roof or wall access, we will say so and quote the sensible compromise rather than pretending it is a simple run.

How many cameras do I need?
Fewer, well placed, beats more badly placed. Entry points first, then the areas where property is stored.
Wifi or cabled?
Cabled wherever access allows. Wifi cameras are a compromise for locations that genuinely cannot be reached.
How long is footage kept?
It depends on the recorder size, camera count and resolution. Two weeks is a common target and we size for it.
Can I view it on my phone?
Yes, and it is set up and tested with you before we leave the site.
Do you do intercoms and gates?
Yes, including video intercoms and door stations for houses and units.
